We are seeking Senior Engineers to provide technical leadership as we advance our product suite to meet our customers’ evolving business requirements. Our Engineers enjoy freedom, flexibility, healthy work/life balance and the satisfaction of producing a niche market leading software product.

The candidate for this position will be responsible to lead a Java technology based development team to build the next generation features in our product suite.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop new products and features using Java and other industry leading technologies

• Provide technical leadership and direction, leading a team using state of the art development

• methodologies

• Collaborate with Product Management to define product requirements and functional specifications

• Design, implement, and test product software to meet product quality standards

• Provide clearly written documentation when required

• Stay technically current in software technology through conferences, classes and self-study

Desired Profile

• B.E / B. Tech / MCA

• 7+ years of professional software development experience

• Experience in object-oriented design and Java or similar programming languages/environments

• Applied understanding of Design Patterns, UML, and Architectural design

• Prior experience as a technical lead in a product focused software development team will be preferred

• Practical experience developing easy to use software, with a dedication to quality

• Good communications skills, excellent analytical & problem-solving ability, and a teamwork attitude
