mTm - New Features

While MIM provided the ability to instrument your model with a variety of sensors, mTm goes two steps further and gives you the ability to instrument your model with a variety of actuators and change the various parameters such as gain values, constants, both off-line and during run time so that you can check your model for a variety of test cases without making any modifications to your model.

The following list gives the gist of new features added – kindly refer the mTm on-line documentation for details on these features.

• Groups feature gives you the ability to collect various instruments (sensors, actuators as well as parameters) in various groups and then manage these groups

• Change the inputs to a block by adding actuators – you can choose the actuator of your choice from the standard Simulink® sources or you can create your own source

• Calibrate the parameters in blocks such as gain, integrator, signal generator, etc. during run time and study the response of the model.

• Custom-plot the results (including the changed inputs) – either individually or on the same axis or as sub-plots.

• Activate the scroll bar on the plot and read-off values for various signals at desired times from the plot itself.

• Enhanced ability to handle bad links and missing libraries.
